What is INNO+ ?
INNO+ shares ideas from a diverse spectrum of international experience in driving innovation and change – from the arts to science to business to global issues through an international series to drive the global innovation agenda. The focus of INNO+ is on practical transformation from conception to delivery to guide innovation faster, smarter and ahead of the curve.
The global INNO+ Innovation Summit Series launches at Meydan Hotel, Dubai, November 2016 under the theme ‘Driving the Innovation Agenda’ the Dubai edition will include a 1 day symposium and 2 day interactive summit programme + exhibition for leading technologies and suppliers. The programme hosts 40 leading speakers representing global thought leadership on innovation practice and delivery. With a focus on driving practical changes to develop innovation within organisations the speaker faculty represent some of the world’s most innovative brands with confirmed speakers including: Uber | Ogilvy & Mather | Edelman | Salesforce | Pepsico | Ernst & Young | General Electric | Smartworld UAE.
Why Dubai, UAE?
As part of the UAE’s Vision 2021 the Government have identified the development of Innovation as a key driver for economic diversity within the country. 2015 was declared as the ‘Year of Innovation’ and in November 2015 The UAE Government have announced the commitment of $554Million USD to funding innovation in the UAE with a fund designed to provide financing solutions for innovators across various sectors, and support them in transforming ideas and suggestions into innovative projects, which will contribute to the country’s national innovation strategy and achieving the UAE Vision 2021.
